Chateau De Behen offers engaging storytelling from hosts.
Unfortunately, communication before our arrival was a major issue. I reached out several times but received no response until just days before we arrived. While our room was quaint, it showed signs of wear with peeling wallpaper. The breakfast was less than ideal, lacking warmth, and there were limited tea supplies in our room upon arrival.

Charming getaway with great food!
Had such a lovely stay! The rooms are huge and quirky, which adds to the charm. Norbet was super friendly and his dinners are a must-try, we had a fantastic candlelit meal! Just a heads-up, the WiFi could've been better.

Stayed here with my animals and everything was fine. Enjoyed coffee, croissants and cheese for breakfast. The location was comfortable, in the garden with a bottle of wine one eve, in the rural area.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Wow, the hosts are just amazing! So engaging and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Only thing was the dinner wasn't available during our stay. 😊

Good intentions, flawed execution.
The children found joy playing among friendly animals like goats and horses!
Occasional issues with hot water could disrupt a relaxing evening, and the lack of nearby dining options left us scrambling for meals after arriving late. A bit inconvenient!

I almost thought about giving this place a good review, but then I noticed the peeling wallpaper and a rather dodgy loo flush. Definitely not the charm I expected! I was hoping for a little special treatment after my long drive, but only one teabag in the room? Truly unacceptable.
